Private equity film financing represents one of the most common forms of raising money for the production of a TV Show or Documentary.

WHAT IS PRIVATE EQUITY FILM FINANCING?

In simple terms, private equity film financing represents an investment into a Film from a private individual (an investor). Private equity is a complex way of saying 'investment.'

Essentially when somebody gives you money for a film, you agree that you will pay the individual back and you also agree to providing some type of credit for the investor in the end screen.

We will offer a very generous return on investment. We will offer the investor a royalty or residual payment when the TV Show does well.

We have what the call in the industry, 'Proof of Concept'.....This is when you can show that your concept will work. If it can be measurable with 'numbers' it is an even more viable investment. 

The good news is that we have 'Proof of Concept' with Season One with viewer numbers! 

As of July 26th 2021, Season One has had 37,835 views on YouTube. This is after only 6 weeks.

HOW MUCH MONEY IS NEEDED?

Season 2 will be 8 Episodes of 10 minutes each. We need $80,000 in total. (We know this after filming Season 1). That is $10,000 per episode. We will not have more than 8 investors. So what we anticipate is that each investor buy 1 episode each. You can then call yourself a Producer! Or If you get in early you can buy all 8 shares and be the only Producer of the show. It's up to you! You will have your name in the Credits at the end of the show.

Once we go Global we anticipate big returns on your initial small investment.
