1. You are free to use the images for any purpose linked with the sales marketing of the property in question.

2. The license, or the right for you to use the photographs, ends when the property is sold or re-listed with a new owner. Images and videos pertaining to the property cannot be transferred to the new owner without the written approval of Barter Photography. 

3. A 'Hero Photo' can be used for a longer duration and for additional 'SOLD' marketing materials.

4. To Re-Use the images Re-Licensing fees apply to the following:  (unless agreed otherwise in writing)                              

5. i) A New Sale
   ii) Holiday Let/Commercial/Air BnB                     iii) Rental Listing                                                If the images are to be re-used for these purposes please contact Barter Photography for the associated fees. Written authorisation from the original Client and/or tenant(s) will be required if their personal belongings/effects are displayed within the images to be reused. In this instance it is the sole responsibility for the selling/renting agent and/or new client to obtain this authorisation. 

6. If you change Real Estate Agents before the sale of the property ends, the Videos and Images can be used by the next Real Estate Agent. Barter Photography must be informed in writing that you have changed Agents, and that the Images and Videos are now used in the new Real Estate Agent's marketing. A fee to Locate and Transfer these Videos and Images may be applicable. 

7. The license is non-transferable. You are not permitted to give the images to another party not in connection with the marketing of the property.

8. Photos and Videos used for sale, rental or Holiday Letting purposes are the property of Barter Photography. Your payment for any Images or Video to Barter Photography is only a 'Usage Fee'. Barter Photography has the copyright to any images and Videos, and Barter Photography has to right to withdraw this usage at any time. If for whatever reason the Usage Right is withdrawn by Barter Photography, a refund for work performed by Barter Photography will be given under certain conditions or circumstances.  

9. Any image and videos placed onto social web sites must be credited to Barter Photography.

10. No other party is granted the right to reproduce the photos and videos, nor can be given a copy of the images and videos without specific approval from Barter Photography.

11. Images, Floorplans and Videos supplied to you are not to be digitally manipulated and presented as representing Barter Photography's work.

12. Images and Videos may be used by Barter Photography for promotional advertising on our own website and printed promotional material, unless specifically requested by the property owner not to be. 

13. The Images and Videos cannot be transferred to another party without permission in writing from Barter Photography. Re-licence fees apply. 

14. Floor plans – Whilst every attempt has been made to ensure the accuracy of any floor plans all measurements shown or implied are approximate and no responsibility is taken for any error, or omission, nor is any warranty given. Kitchen, bathooms, appliances, fixtures, fittings or any other items shown are representative only, and do not necessarily match what is in the property. Different levels may not align correctly. These plans are for illustrative purposes only and should be used as such.

15. The client can keep the photos for keepsake reasons. Photo credit must be given to Barter Photography when used on any and all social media sites. Photos can be re-used for commercial purposes only under the agreed Re-Use Licensing Fees. (See Point 4 and 5 above)
